This was a complete gut and remodel which included reframing the house to a more logical layout. The previous owner had built the house with a circular layout that wasn't conducive to contemporary life. The new layout added a hallway down the middle which separated the bathroom from the bedrooms and allowed for a more functional kitchen and great room.
