The primary bathroom was fully gutted and remodeled. The hall bath was relocated into the guest bedroom walk in closet, a new small closet was framed, and the space formerly the hall bath was added to the primary suite as a second walk in closet in the primary bathroom. A large water closet and shower enclosure that took up massive space in the former primary bathroom was removed. A drop in tub was removed so that a shower and water closet could move to the back wall under the skylights, opening the room and allowing two floating vanities and a freestanding tub to balance the space. The door to the bathroom was relocated and replaced with glass french doors so the space now feels open and there is a direct view to the lake. Beautiful pendant lights were added in the primary bedroom. New built ins were installed in the primary bedroom to include floating nightstands and a wall of storage that hides the mini-split AC unit. The office area built in was configured to take advantage of the view.
The powder room on the main floor was cosmetically updated with a herringbone tile accent wall with integrated mirror, floating ramp sink, wall faucet and pendant lights added.
